Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Regional Float Pool LPN for the East Region to provide nursing care across multiple Mercy hospitals in the St. Louis area. The role is full-time with night shifts and involves floating to several facilities based on staffing needs.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited practical nursing program, an active LPN license in Missouri, and BLS (ACLS/PALS as required). Epic EMR experience is preferred, with competitive incentives and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current LPN license in the hiring state.
• BLS/ACLS/PALS as required by unit.
• One year of bedside LPN experience in Med-Surg; two years for ED/ICU.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop individualized care plans.
• Implement nursing care and monitor patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Mercy facilities.
• Float between designated Mercy hospitals in the St. Louis region.
