Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Regional Float Pool Licensed Practical Nurse to float between designated St. Louis region facilities. This full-time night-shift role requires bedside LPN expertise, flexibility, and teamwork to deliver patient-centered care across multiple units.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current LPN license in the hiring state; maintain licensure.
• Minimum 1 year bedside LPN experience; 2 years for ED/ICU roles; Epic experience preferred.
• IV certification is required; BLS/ACLS/PALS as applicable.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Float between Mercy facilities across the East Region per needs.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care per standards.
• Collaborate with diverse teams and patient populations; provide bedside care.
• Participate in orientation and continuing education; use Epic EMR.
