Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Regional Fleet Manager to lead fleet optimization across the region. You will develop and implement strategies to maximize utilization, profitability, availability, and customer loyalty, including transfer, purchase, or disposition decisions.

You will drive KPIs, collaborate with peers on global strategy, and coordinate with Operations to meet current and future customer needs while maintaining accountability and asset care.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience plus 3–5 years in fleet management.
• Analytical skills to drive progress using key metrics (time utilization, Cap Factor).
• Ability to educate and influence team members to implement solutions.
• Safety is paramount and must proactively call out unsafe practices.
• Reliable to improve rental fleet utilization and profitability.
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment and meet short timelines.
• Strong collaboration with management at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Foster a positive branch environment with accountability and teamwork.
• Implement fleet utilization KPIs and decision frameworks.
• Drive profitability through optimal region fleet utilization.
• Coordinate fleet movement between locations for profitable utilization.
• Lead selection/approval of rental equipment profiles to meet regional needs.
• Analyze utilization, cap factor and rate achievements with Ops to justify needs.
• Review capital requisitions to determine best fleet strategy.
• Collaborate with operations to meet customer expectations and needs.
• Provide high-level support to field teams for operational priorities.
• Drive continual improvement processes across the region.
• Promote accountability and asset stewardship across the company.
• Coordinate disposal/refurbishment strategies with Regional Managers.
• Suggest stocking orders based on PC performance.
• Assist PCs on Retail orders to verify specs, quotes, pricing.
• Coordinate SKU offerings with Regional/District Mgmt and Support Office Fleet Dept.
• Ensure rental inventory is well-maintained and available.
