Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 3–5 years fleet management in equipment rental.
• Analytical proficiency with key metrics (time utilization, Cap Factor) and ability to analyze large data sets.
• Strong teamwork and influencing capabilities to implement solutions.
• Safety, reliability, and ownership culture are emphasized.
• Willingness to travel 10–20%.
