Job summary
Ashley Furniture Industries is seeking a Senior Manager, Regional Fleet Maintenance to lead fleet maintenance across designated locations and drive uptime, safety, and cost efficiency. Reporting to the Director of Fleet Maintenance, you will guide managers and technicians, implement maintenance strategies, and partner with vendors to optimize performance.

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Diesel/Automotive Technology or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of progressive fleet maintenance experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Strong leadership and fleet operations management across multiple facilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for regional fleet maintenance across multiple locations.
- Coach and develop maintenance managers, supervisors, and technicians.
- Drive preventive maintenance programs and asset reliability initiatives.
- Monitor maintenance performance metrics such as uptime and costs.
- Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, EPA and company policies.
- Oversee budgets, capital expenditures, and expense controls.
