Job summary

Ashley Furniture Industries is seeking a Senior Manager, Regional Fleet Maintenance to lead fleet upkeep across multiple sites. You will drive preventive maintenance, optimize uptime, and manage budgets while guiding managers, shop leaders, and technicians toward best-in-class reliability and safety.

Reporting to the Director of Fleet Maintenance, you will partner with operations, vendors, and finance to execute long-term maintenance strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 10+ years related experience required.
• 8+ years progressive fleet maintenance experience.
• 5+ years leadership experience managing multiple facilities.
• Experience managing budgets, workforce planning, and performance metrics.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and operational results.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for regional fleet maintenance across multiple locations.
• Lead and develop maintenance managers, shop leaders, supervisors, and technicians.
• Drive preventive maintenance, repair processes, and asset reliability initiatives.
• Manage regional budgets, capex, and expense controls; identify cost savings.
• Establish maintenance performance metrics and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee maintenance planning, scheduling, and vendor management.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and risks for improvement.
• Collaborate with transportation, safety, finance, procurement and operations leaders.
