Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration or related field required.
- Master's degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead fleet and transportation strategies aligning with organizational goals.
- Oversee day-to-day fleet operations ensuring safety, service, quality and productivity.
- Coach and develop transportation leaders, drivers and staff to a high-performing team.
- Monitor KPIs, costs, asset utilization, and service metrics for improvements.
- Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
