• 5 years of industry experience managing multiple locations.
• CDL preferred.
• Computer proficiency in Windows, Microsoft applications (Word & Excel); SAP software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight to Maintenance Managers across multiple locations.
• Drive operational excellence through audits of preventive maintenance and inventory management.
• Ensure maintenance operations meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards; comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Build maintenance department capability by guiding managers on hiring, training, and performance management.
• Own maintenance financial performance and partner with location managers to meet budgeted costs.
• Maintain fleet-wide DOT compliance and oversee garage operations across locations.
