Job summary

National Fitness Partners is seeking an Operating Partner to drive operational excellence, revenue growth, and brand consistency across up to three club locations in Concord and Kannapolis, NC. The role requires hands-on leadership, certification to repair Life Fitness/Matrix equipment, and an active Fitness Trainer certification.

You will manage staffing, training, and performance metrics to deliver an exceptional member experience while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of multi-location management experience in fitness, retail or hospitality.
• Certified Matrix Equipment Technician is required.
• Certified Fitness Trainer is required and must be maintained in active standing.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence across 1–3 National Fitness Partners locations.
• Drive revenue growth and brand consistency while maintaining KPI targets.
• Hire, train and develop staff; reduce turnover and provide coaching.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and member experience meet Planet Fitness standards.
