Job summary

National Fitness Partners is seeking an Operating Partner to drive operational excellence, revenue growth, and brand consistency across two NC locations. You will lead teams, ensure cleanliness, safety, and superior member experience while repairing Life Fitness/Matrix equipment and modeling best practices in fitness engagement.

Qualifications

Oversee 1–3 National Fitness Partners locations.
Lead operations, revenue growth, and brand standards.
Certified to repair Life Fitness/Matrix equipment.
Model best practices in member engagement and service.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Regional Director to implement strategic plans across clubs.
Ensure budgets and financial targets are met.
Maintain KPI focus and drive member experience.
Lead staff development and accountability.
Ensure OSHA/ADA compliance and safety standards.
Oversee marketing initiatives and promotions.
