Job summary

National Fitness Partners is seeking an Operating Partner to drive operational excellence, revenue growth, and brand consistency across 1–3 locations. You will lead teams to exceed KPIs while maintaining cleanliness, compliance, and member experience, and you are certified to repair Life Fitness/ Matrix equipment and hold a Fitness Trainer Certification.

This role requires strong leadership, the ability to travel between Salisbury and Lexington clubs (50-75%), and a hands-on approach to coaching

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of multi-unit management experience, preferably within the fitness, retail, or hospitality industry.
• Certified Matrix Equipment Technician (required).
• Certified Fitness Trainer (required; must be maintained in active standing).
• Proven track record of driving KPIs and operational excellence.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel between assigned clubs (50-75% as needed).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Regional Director to implement strategic plans for revenue and operations.
• Manage club budgets and labor costs in line with targets.
• Maintain KPI focus including closing %, Black Card %, and membership growth.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance across clubs.
• Lead and develop frontline staff toward exceptional member experiences.
