Job summary

National Fitness Partners is seeking an Operating Partner to drive operational excellence and revenue growth across Asheboro and Thomasville clubs. You will lead frontline teams, ensure cleanliness and safety, and model best practices in member engagement.

The role requires Life Fitness/Matrix equipment repair certification and a Fitness Trainer Certification, with a schedule Mon–Fri 8:00am–5:00pm and evening/weekend emergencies as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead multi-club teams.
• Strong focus on member experience and brand standards.
• Experience improving KPIs and safety/compliance.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence and revenue growth across 1–3 clubs.
• Lead hiring, training, and development of staff.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and brand compliance.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and basic repairs with Life Fitness/Matrix certification.
• Manage payroll hours and labor costs within budgets.
