Job summary

Beacon in the Rocky Mountain region seeks an experienced Regional Fire & Security Account Manager to drive sales growth across Fire Alarm, Access Control, Video Surveillance, and related solutions. You will consult with clients and internal teams on design, codes, standards, and commercial viability, while building trusted relationships and translating needs into compliant, effective offerings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in low-voltage system sales, construction, estimating and budgeting.
• Minimum 5 years in healthcare technology, security solutions, intercommunication systems and audio video solutions.
• Experience with security and healthcare technology sales within large IDN settings.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
• Experience using CRM to manage the sales process and forecast sales.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns.
• Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy.
• Ability to guide and mentor sales representatives.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Must be self-motivated and punctual.
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks and have excellent follow-up skills both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to hit revenue targets.
• Drive new business through prospecting, relationship building, networking, referrals, and targeted account strategies.
• Cross-sell across Fire Alarm, Access Control, Video Surveillance, and more.
• Build consultative relationships with owners, facility managers, contractors, engineers and other decision-makers.
• Collaborate with project management, engineering, operations, service and other sales teams.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate CRM data.
• Represent Beacon in customer meetings and industry events.
