Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of six (6) years of related experience in the Consumer Lending and/or Financial Services industry with increasing responsibility.
• Three (3) years of successful managerial experience with budgeting and leadership responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Administration, Economics; or military rank (e.g., E-4, W1, or O1 and above).
• Reliable transportation with travel up to 70% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate branch performance and drive income/expense goals in line with the business plan.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate Branch Managers; assist in meeting sales and profitability goals.
• Represent the organization at community events to build business.
• Coordinate monthly staff meetings with Branch Managers for effective communication.
• Develop and monitor departmental budgets and approve compensation plans.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations throughout the branch system.
• Conduct semi-annual Branch Operational Reviews and audit processes.
