Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years in Consumer Lending or Financial Services.
• Two (2) years supervisory experience or completion of a lending training program.
• Bachelor’s degree; substitutions may apply.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and staff.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiar with financial services programs.
• Ability to complete duties timely and accurately.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve loan applications using product knowledge to meet customer needs.
• Manage retention and maintenance of accounts to achieve branch targets.
• Coach branch staff with actionable feedback to reduce turnover and improve service.
• Prepare and submit reports reflecting branch activity and growth.
