Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, retail, or cash handling.
• Ability to pass drug screening and background checks; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals by driving performance and profitability.
• Use a consultative approach to recommend solutions and manage the loan lifecycle.
• Generate new and repeat business through customer engagement and outreach.
• Deliver a high-energy, service-focused customer experience.
• Process cash transactions and payments accurately while maintaining compliance.
• Manage delinquency and help resolve past-due accounts.
• Transport funds and deposits as part of branch operations.
• Support team performance through additional responsibilities as needed.
