Responsibilities

• Review and approve loan applications; offer suitable loan solutions.
• Retain and manage existing accounts; meet branch targets.
• Coach staff with actionable feedback to reduce turnover.
• Submit reports on branch activity and growth as needed.
• Develop new business by networking with local businesses.
• Implement internal audit procedures to control records.
• Authorize exceptions to policy as needed by management.
• Monitor expenses and ensure policy compliance.
• Investigate and resolve customer and staff inquiries.
• Recruit and interview candidates; recommend hires.
• Participate in meetings and professional development.
• Perform additional duties such as payments collection and loan processing.
