Mariner Finance is seeking a qualified candidate for a branch-based lending role in Wisconsin. The position requires supervisory experience, a bachelor’s degree, and strong customer service, with the ability to manage loan applications, maintain accounts, and build community relations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related experience in Consumer Lending/Financial Services.
• Two years of supervisory experience or completion of lending training program.

Responsabilités

• Exercise lending authority to review/approve applications and offer loan solutions.
• Manage retention and maintenance of existing accounts to meet sales/delinquency targets.
• Coach branch staff with actionable feedback to reduce turnover and improve performance.
• Prepare and submit reports reflecting branch activity and growth.
