Responsibilities

• Exercise lending authority when reviewing and approving applications and offer loan solutions meeting customer needs.
• Manage retention and maintenance of existing accounts to achieve branch sales and delinquency targets/goals.
• Coach branch staff by providing actionable feedback to achieve branch goals and reduce turnover.
