Job summary

Sitemetric seeks a Regional Leader, Field Tech to drive end-to-end deployments in a defined region from the NOVA HQ in Manassas. You will blend project management, technical expertise, and customer engagement to deliver maximum value and establish field service capabilities.

You will lead a team of field technicians, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure deployments meet schedule, scope, and quality targets while delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in field services, project management, or deployment leadership.
• Strong knowledge of physical security, IoT platforms, or construction tech preferred.
• Proven track record managing complex deployments and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders (C-level to ops).
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.
• Understanding of OSHA and construction regulations.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, manage and coach a team of field technicians and project managers across a defined geographic area.
• Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and skills development sessions.
• Lead regular team meetings and ensure consistent service delivery standards.
• Foster a high-performing, customer-obsessed culture that prioritizes ownership and responsiveness.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members in partnership with HR.
• Lead deployment projects from kickoff through go-live and ensure on-time delivery.
