Job summary

Ronnoco Beverage Solutions is seeking a hands-on Regional Field Service Manager to lead field service operations across a California territory. You will work with technicians, visit customers, solve service challenges, and help ensure dependable support.

Reporting to the Director of Field Service, you’ll partner with coordinators, production centers, Sales, and third-party providers. You will mentor technicians, drive service improvements, and coordinate with sales on installations and account

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 5–10 years of related technical/field service experience.
• 3–5 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience with beverage or commercial equipment is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a strong field team with coaching.
• Conduct ride-alongs to coach technicians on skills and safety.
• Set goals, monitor progress, and perform evaluations.
• Develop technicians for future leadership opportunities.
• Own region service performance: response, completion, and first-visit resolution.
• Coordinate with Service Coordinator on priorities and escalations.
• Visit key customers to strengthen relationships.
• Collaborate with Sales on accounts and upcoming installs.
• Coordinate with other Regional Managers to maintain standards.
• Guide third-party providers when coverage is limited.
• Monitor service quality, feedback, and inventory.
