Ronnoco Beverage Solutions is seeking a hands-on Regional Field Service Manager to lead field service operations across an assigned California territory. You will work closely with technicians, visit customers, solve service challenges, and help ensure responsive, dependable support.

This role reports to the Director of Field Service, partners with Service Coordinators, Sales, and third-party providers, and requires travel throughout the region to maintain service standards and develop the team.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
• Five to ten years of related technical, field service, or operational experience preferred.
• Three to five years of supervisory or management experience leading a technical or field-based team.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop a strong field team and provide day-to-day leadership and coaching.
• Regular ride-alongs and practical coaching on technical skills, customer interaction, safety, and procedures.
• Own service performance across the region, ensuring response, completion, and first-visit resolution.
• Coordinate with Service Coordinator to set priorities and resolve escalated service concerns.
• Build relationships with key customers through regular account visits and partner with Sales on activity and installations.
• Manage third-party service providers when coverage is unavailable and maintain inventory and assets.
