Qualifications

• Five+ years of field service experience with beverage equipment or related commercial equipment.
• Advanced troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Ability to read and interpret complex wiring diagrams and technical instructions.
• Experience training or mentoring other technicians.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and active-listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair beverage equipment at customer locations.
• Lead on escalated or complex service calls.
• Serve as the senior technical resource for technicians in your market.
