Job summary

Ronnoco Beverage Solutions is seeking a hands-on Regional Field Service Manager to lead field operations across an assigned California territory. You will work with technicians, visit customers, resolve service challenges, and ensure responsive, dependable support.

Responsibilities include developing the field team, driving service performance, and coordinating with service partners and Sales on installations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5–10 years of related technical, field service, or operational experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of supervisory/management experience leading a technical or field-based team.
• Working knowledge of beverage or comparable commercial equipment operation and repair.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day leadership, coaching, and development for Field Service Technicians.
• Conduct ride-alongs and coaching on technical skills, customer interaction, safety, and procedures.
• Identify training needs and evaluate progress with goals for technicians.
• Develop technicians for future leadership opportunities.
• Own service response, completion, and first-visit resolution across the territory.
• Coordinate with Service Coordinator on priorities and escalate concerns.
• Build relationships with key customers via regular visits.
• Collaborate with Sales on activity and upcoming installations.
• Coordinate with other Regional Field Service Managers to maintain standards.
• Guide third-party providers when coverage is unavailable.
• Review service quality and customer feedback; provide technical support as needed.
• Maintain inventory for warehouse, vehicles, routes, parts, and equipment.
• Monitor expenses, service metrics, staffing, and improvement opportunities.
