Responsibilities include installing, maintaining, repairing, and removing equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting issues to prevent bigger problems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical and electrical know-how.
• Ability to diagnose, repair, and replace parts.
• Safe driving record and willingness to undergo testing.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs and travel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-notch customer service with every visit.
• Install, maintain, repair, and remove brewing equipment, grinders, and filtration units.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot issues and spot repair trends.
• Manage spare parts inventory and order what you need.
• Use a handheld device to log service calls.
• Prep water filtration units to meet demand.
• Assist with product delivery when necessary.
