Job summary

Diversified is seeking a Field Services Manager to lead regional field services operations, maintain customer relationships, and drive performance. The role requires managing technical tasks, staff development, and service quality while coordinating with multiple internal teams.

The position involves up to 25% on-site work in the Southeast US region and requires willingness to travel. A bachelor’s degree and AV/IT certifications are preferred, with a strong background in field service management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; concentration in people management, technical, administrative or logistics preferred.
• AVIXA CTS certification is desirable for advanced field service qualifications.
• OSHA 30 certification is highly desired for field operations safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead Field Service Supervisors and technicians as a people leader.
• Oversee regional staffing priorities and technician scheduling; coordinate with Directors and managers on complex projects.
• Ensure coaching and development; provide ongoing training and performance feedback to staff.
• Collaborate with Technical Operations, Engineering and Client Success teams to align service delivery with client needs.
• Drive process improvement, cost optimization, and standardization across field service operations.
• Manage budgets, performance metrics, and regional service delivery outcomes in the Southeast US region.
