Job summary

Ronnoco Beverage Solutions is seeking a hands-on Regional Field Service Manager to lead field operations across an assigned California territory. You will work alongside technicians, visit customers, solve service challenges, and help ensure every account receives responsive, dependable support.

You will travel up to 50% of the time, coach technicians, review service quality, and partner with Sales on installations and accounts, while coordinating with third-party providers as needed.

Qualifications

• Five to ten years of technical/field service or operations experience.
• Three to five years of supervisory or management experience leading a technical team.

Responsibilities

• Lead field service technicians with day-to-day coaching and development.
• Own service performance across the region, including response, completion, and first-visit resolution.
• Coordinate with service partners and regional resources to manage inventory, expenses, and capacity.
