Job summary

Stiles Machinery is seeking a Service Coordinator to assist in coordinating and scheduling equipment installations and service across the assigned region. You will work with regional leadership and Field Service Representatives to ensure timely, accurate processing of documents and follow-up.

This role also trains to fill in for Installation Coordinator as needed. The ideal candidate has an Associate’s Degree or equivalent administrative experience with 3 years in an office environment,

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent administrative experience.
• 3 years administrative experience.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service schedules including installations, demonstrations and training.
• Prepare proposals for Preventive Maintenance contracts and other service work.
• Distribute CSR’s, ECSRs and install packets to Field Service Representatives prior to installation.
• Follow up with customers, Field Service Representatives and sales during and after installation; use letters/emails and calls.
• Manage paperwork (CSR reports, expense processing, travel documents) as needed within the region.
• Attend weekly core meetings to provide updated scheduling information for all regions.
• Analyze data from ECSRs and sales to determine regional service needs; review with Regional Service Manager.
• Review and approve timesheets to ensure hours match ECSRs.
