Job summary

Stiles Machinery is seeking a Service Coordinator to assist in coordinating equipment installations and service across the region. You will work with regional leadership and field staff to ensure timely document flow and accurate follow-up, with training to fill in for Installation Coordinator as needed.

The role emphasizes scheduling, proposal preparation for PM contracts, and seamless communication with customers and sales teams to uphold service excellence across multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent administrative experience.
• 3 years administrative experience.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordination of service schedules for the region, including calls, installations, demonstrations and trainings.
• Prepare proposals for Preventive Maintenance contracts and other service work.
• Distribute CSR’s, ECSRs and install packets to Field Service Representatives ahead of installations.
• Follow up with customers, field staff, and sales before, during, and after installation.
• Manage paperwork including CSR reports and travel documents.
• Attend weekly core meetings to provide scheduling updates.
• Analyze regional service needs using sales data and ECSRs.
• Review timesheets to ensure hours match ECSRs.
• Update SMILE and SIS information.
• General filing and scanning; back-up scheduling/telephone roles as needed.
