Qualifications

• High school diploma required; proven technical problem-solving ability.
• 3+ years troubleshooting instruments or components.
• Willing to travel 50%+ and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Install and service instrumentation per ISO/GMP, with thorough follow-up.
• Maintain car stock, test equipment, and documentation.
• Control travel expenses and manage spare parts inventory within guidelines.
• Report quality issues to Service Center and coordinate with engineers.
• Represent BD with professional conduct and strong customer relations.
