Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or similar field.
• Strong MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience interfacing with customers in a service role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide service, preventive maintenance, modifications and installations of BD LifeSiences equipment at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot system failures and perform on-site repairs with timely support.
• Manage assets including devices, tools, and parts and document time and expenses.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and coordinate with district team and dispatch.
