Job summary

BD is seeking a Field Service Engineer based in the Columbus, OH area to service instrumentation at customer sites across multiple states. You will install, calibrate, and repair complex systems while following GMP and ISO practices, documenting all activities in detail.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years troubleshooting experience on instruments/components.
• Valid Driver's License; travel to client sites.
• Willingness to travel at least 50% of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Install and service instrumentation per ISO and GMP; document activities.
• Maintain car stock, test equipment, and tools; manage company vehicles per policy.
• Control travel expenses and manage spare parts inventory.
• Report quality control issues to Service Center and Manager.
• Represent BD with professionalism and superior service standards.
