• Proven leadership of multi-site service operations and field teams.
• Travel 25-40% to support operations and engagements.
• Experience with Salesforce and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the service strategy with regional objectives.
• Lead growth plans for aftermarket services and lifecycle contracts.
• Own the service P&L and manage margins and costs.
• Oversee safe, high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Drive standardization and continuous improvement across field operations.
