Job summary

Sunbelt Solomon seeks a Director Field Service Operations in Riverside, CA to lead safety, quality, financial delivery, and project execution for regional M/HV services. The role drives growth, operations discipline, and customer satisfaction across aftermarket services and lifecycle projects.

The leader will own the service P&L, manage a diverse team, and partner with senior leadership on pricing, costs, and strategic bids. Onsite role with ~40% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in Field Services, Power Systems, or Industrial Services with P&L ownership.
• Strong financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, pricing and cost control.
• Experience leading multi-site service operations and technical field teams.
• Willingness to travel 25–40% and familiarity with Salesforce and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute service strategy for M/HV products across a regional footprint.
• Lead growth plans for aftermarket services, lifecycle contracts, and solutions.
• Own service P&L, including revenue, margin, EBITDA for the region.
• Oversee safety, quality, and delivery across projects and accounts.
• Mentor leadership talent and coordinate with HR on workforce planning.
