Job summary

Sunbelt Solomon is seeking a Safety Manager, Engineering & Field Services, North America to lead the EHS function for our Engineering & Field Services teams across the United States and Canada. The role reports to the Director of Health and Safety and oversees a multi-regional safety program including audits, incident investigations, training, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a lead EHS role supporting an Engineering, Electrical, Industrial, Technical Field Services, or similar environment.
Experience leading an EHS function within a multi-regional or geographically dispersed organization.
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Safety Engineering, or a related discipline; professional designation is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop, update, and review EHS policies, procedures, programs, and documentation.
Lead serious and high-potential incident investigations with corrective/preventive actions.
Build strong relationships with client EHS representatives and serve as a key EHS contact for customers.
Manage the annual EHS budget and oversee audits across regions.
