Job summary

Magid Glove and Safety is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead a Western region team of 10+ field service reps, driving a world-class customer experience. The role requires mentoring, coordinating field operations, and ensuring safe, efficient service across multiple states.

The ideal candidate will travel up to 40-50% and work closely with customers to optimize performance, inventory, and service delivery while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Excel (formulas, pivot tables, filters).
• Hands-on experience with CribMaster, IMBi and Web Portals databases.
• Vending machine repair experience; industrial vending machines preferred.
• Strong time management and organization skills.
• Willingness to travel 40-50% and work remotely when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a field service team of 10+ reps.
• Coordinate scheduled work and logistics for field service.
• Audit time cards and prepare performance reports.
• Provide backup coverage and onboarding support.
• Travel to customer sites with overnight stays as needed.
