Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; related experience may substitute.
• 5+ years of progressive service/field operations management experience, including 3+ years leading people.
• Experience managing a multi-site operating budget or cost center portfolio.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, as required by business needs.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; ERP experience.
• Valid driver's license with a compliant motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

• Directs field service delivery across five districts and 50 technicians.
• Own region service performance and financial results; drive improvements.
• Lead district leadership recruitment, onboarding, and development.
• Establish operating cadence for district reviews, workload planning, backlog management, and escalation handling.
• Oversee safety, fleet maintenance, and compliance for the region.
• Manage regional budget, spend approvals, and cost-reduction opportunities.
