Job summary

Rentokil Terminix is seeking a Sales Training Lead to develop and guide the frontline sales team across a designated Arkansas territory. You will hire, onboard, train, and engage staff, while coordinating with Sales and Operations to align goals and boost performance.

You will lead weekly performance meetings, deliver ongoing service training, and ensure activity standards and KPIs are met. A valid driver's license and territory travel are required.

Qualifications

• Hire, onboard, train, manage & engage frontline sales colleagues in designated area.
• Lead weekly meetings to monitor performance, and support skill development.
• Provide ongoing technical training on services offered in the territory.
• Ensure the team meets activity standards and sales KPIs, driving targets.
• Maintain licenses and a valid driver's license as required.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, train, and engage frontline sales colleagues in designated area.
• Support collaboration between Sales and Operations within territory with leadership support.
• Lead weekly meetings to monitor performance and focus on skill development.
• Provide ongoing training on services offered in the territory.
