Rentokil Terminix is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of sales managers across designated territories in the United States. You will align Sales and Operations, coach staff, and drive performance to meet growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3–5 years sales leadership experience in a hunting capacity.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, train, manage & engage team of sales managers in designated area.
• Support collaboration between Sales and Operations within territory, with support of Operations to align goals and drive performance.
• Lead weekly meetings with Team to monitor performance and focus on skill development and improvement.
• Provide ongoing technical training on services offered in the assigned territory as needed.
• Facilitate weekly, monthly and quarterly one-on-one debriefs with the team to improve communication and development.
• Ensure team meets all activity standards for Field Sales performance and KPIs to achieve targets.
• Set a strong example in personal character, commitment, and work habits.
• Monitor progress against revenue objectives and APITDA realization.
