The role emphasizes coaching, field presence, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate has strong MS Office skills, reporting ability, and experience in sales data analysis, with the flexibility to obtain required licenses.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to analyze business data and present findings clearly.
• Excellent written communication and reporting skills.
• Strong presentation skills for groups of managers and customers.
• Ability to obtain licenses/certificates as required by authorities.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, train, manage & engage frontline sales colleagues in designated area.
• Support collaboration between Sales and Operations within territory to drive performance.
• Lead weekly team meetings to monitor performance and develop skills.
• Provide ongoing technical training on services offered in the territory.
• Conduct regular one-on-one debriefs to improve communication and sales activity.
• Ensure team meets activity standards and KPIs to achieve sales targets.
• Set a strong example in character, organization, and selling skills.
• Monitor revenue objectives and collaborate on profitability with Operations.
• Coach team to optimize growth and development in the field.
