Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a field sales leader to hire, onboard, train, and manage frontline sales colleagues across the assigned territory. You will coach teams, lead performance meetings, and provide ongoing service training to maximize revenue growth and customer retention.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, data analysis, and the ability to communicate effectively with managers, clients, and the public. A valid driver's license and a high school diploma or GED are required.

Qualifications

• At least one (1) year of Rentokil Terminix experience in designated field.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business material.
• Ability to present information to groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, train, manage & engage team of frontline sales colleagues in designated area.
• Lead weekly meetings with Team to monitor performance and development.
• Provide ongoing technical training on services offered in the territory.
• Monitor progress toward revenue objectives and KPIs with Operations.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to align goals and drive performance.
