Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a field sales leader to hire, onboard, train, and manage frontline sales colleagues in a designated territory. You will collaborate with Sales and Operations, lead weekly meetings, and drive performance with training and development across the branch.

You will monitor activity against KPIs, ensure achievement of sales targets, and model strong leadership, organization, and integrity. Travel up to 100% of the time within the territory as required.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business materials and regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures.
• Ability to present information to managers, clients, and public.
• Ability to analyze sales data and perform basic math.
• Must possess licenses/certificates as required by regulations.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, train, manage and engage frontline sales colleagues in the designated area.
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations to align goals and drive performance.
• Lead weekly and monthly meetings to improve skill development and performance.
• Provide ongoing training on services in the territory.
• Monitor activity against KPIs and ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
• Model strong leadership, organization, and professional conduct.
