Qualifications

• Prior supervisory skills and ability to manage people and tasks.
• Prior roofing experience, including patch and repair skills.
• Knowledge of Project Management, planning, and scheduling.
• Knowledge and experience in monitoring and maintaining quality control.
• Functional computer skills.
• Safety training and OSHA knowledge.
• Understanding of budgeting and expense management.
• Competencies: adaptability, leadership, professionalism, and client relations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing and scheduling of Field Reps in the region to maximize profitability.
• Oversee QC processes and documentation to ensure work quality and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor employee expenses, overtime, and billable time to meet profitability targets.
• Lead training for Field Reps, including safety and paperwork completion.
• Handle inquiries from Field Reps, Sales Reps, and customers; resolve discrepancies.
• Hire and orient new personnel; ensure timely paperwork submission to corporate.
