Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group in Kansas City, MO seeks a WTI Field Resources Supervisor to lead field reps, staff projects, and ensure profitability. You will train staff, monitor safety, oversee QC, and coordinate with foremen and sales to resolve issues across the region.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory skills and ability to manage people and tasks.
• Prior roofing experience, including patch and repair skills.
• Knowledge of Project Management, planning, and scheduling.
• Knowledge and experience in monitoring and maintaining quality control.
• Functional computer skills.
• Safety training and OSHA knowledge.
• Understanding of budgeting and expense management.
• Competencies: Adaptable and willing to change with business needs; professional and leads by example.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing and scheduling of Field Reps to ensure proper utilization and profitability.
• Oversee QC process and ensure work completed to customer satisfaction; document outcomes.
• Monitor employee expenses, overtime, and billable time to meet profitability targets.
• Lead training for Field Reps (hands-on and classroom); ensure safety certifications.
• Communicate with customers, Sales Reps, field staff, and internal teams; resolve discrepancies.
