Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group in Springfield, IL seeks a WTI Field Resource Foreman to lead field crews, emphasize safety, and ensure efficient execution of roofing projects. You will manage daily tasks, coordinate with customers and sales reps, and deliver quality work within scope.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in the roofing industry.
• Familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC and other roofing systems and repairs.
• OSHA 30-hour certification is required.
• Ability to travel out of town, including overnight stays.
• Must have a valid driver's license and pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Must read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily onsite safety brief with Sales Rep, customer and crew.
• Inspect surroundings, equipment and identify safety concerns.
• Complete Daily Hazard Analysis and end-of-day/project walk-through.
• Communicate with Supervisor, Sales Reps, Field Reps, and customer daily/weekly.
• Manage crew start/end times, productivity, tools, and materials.
• Provide pricing for self-performing projects over $12,500.
• Submit proposals over $20,000 for review and approval.
• Monitor Field Reps and coordinate project schedules with Supervisor.
• Review time reports daily and coordinate corrections with admin.
