Job summary

Tremco is seeking a WTI Field Resource Foreman to oversee safety, efficiency, and quality of field service projects in roofing. The Foreman leads the crew, ensures safety is prioritized, and coordinates with Supervisors, Sales Reps, and customers for timely project execution.

Five years in roofing is required, with knowledge of built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other roofing systems. OSHA 30-hour certification is required; RRO is preferred. Travel and valid driver's license are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in the roofing industry.
• Thorough familiarity with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other low-slope roofing systems.
• Must have OSHA 30-hour certification; RRO preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily onsite safety briefings with Sales Rep, customer, and crew.
• Inspect site, equipment, and tools; identify safety concerns.
• Complete Daily Hazard Analysis and end-of-project walkthroughs to ensure quality and address punch lists.
• Communicate project scope, schedule, and changes to the Supervisors, Sales Reps, Field Reps, and customers.
• Manage crew start/end times, productivity, and materials; ensure timely project execution.
