Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group is seeking a WTI Field Resource Foreman to oversee safety, efficiency and quality of field service projects. The Foreman leads crew safety, schedules, and on-site execution within their region, delivering timely service and managing risks for customers.

Responsibilities include daily safety briefs, job-site inspections, and end-of-day walkthroughs to ensure workmanship quality. Travel and occasional weekend work are required as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of roofing industry experience.
• Familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC and other low-slope roof systems; and metal/steep-slope roofs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily safety briefings with Sales Rep, customer and crew.
• Inspect site, identify safety concerns, and complete Daily Hazard Analysis.
• Manage crew start/end times, productivity, and material readiness.
• Provide pricing for self-performing projects above $12,500; submit proposals over $20,000 for review.
