Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group is seeking a WTI Field Resource Foreman to lead safety-focused field operations across Tampa Bay area sites. You will supervise a crew, ensure efficient project execution, and maintain tight control of hazards, schedules, and client communications.

The role requires hands-on management of daily tasks, strong safety credentials, and ability to travel as needed to deliver projects within scope and time constraints.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30-hour certification mandatory for safety leadership and site compliance.
• RRO is preferred to support roofing project oversight and inspections.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; strong communication with customers and crews.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily safety briefings and enforce hazard controls prior to work.
• Oversee crew performance, manage start/end times, productivity, and material readiness.
• Verify and document walk-throughs, address punch lists, and report outcomes.
• Coordinate with Supervisors, Sales Reps, and customers to align scope and schedule.
• Review time cards and project costs; escalate issues to HR or management as needed.

Education

OSHA 30-hour certification

Registered Roof Observer (RRO)
