Job summary

Charlie Health seeks an Outreach professional in West Madison, WI to develop go-to-market strategies and build partnerships with referral sources. You will travel locally most weeks, lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers, and work closely with internal teams to meet revenue goals.

The role requires 1-4 years of sales experience, fluency in English, and the ability to energize and persuade senior personnel. Benefits are available for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years proven sales experience with KPIs, ownership and overachievement are a plus.
• Experience selling to healthcare organizations is a plus.
• Travel locally 4-5 days/week with reliable transportation within ~1 hour driving distance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for efficient new market penetration.
• Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets.
• Go in the field 4-5 days/week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs and address barriers to treatment.
• Design strategies to better support and engage referral partners across channels.
• Deepen Charlie Health’s penetration across existing partnerships.
• Attend and lead marketing presentations and networking events in person or via conference call.
• Synthesize market feedback from partners, patients, and stakeholders to inform go-forward marketing and product strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal to deliver on GTM goals.
