Job summary

Allegiance Group is seeking a Field Operations Manager for the Coastal Region, covering North and South Carolina. You’ll lead field operations, supervise Superintendents and field teams, allocate manpower and resources, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and profitably across multiple sites.

You could be a General Superintendent, Area Superintendent, Regional Superintendent or Field Operations Manager, with experience across large-scale commercial, industrial, tilt-up,

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial concrete construction.
• Experience across large-scale commercial, industrial, tilt-up, multi-story or structural concrete construction.
• Strong leadership with ability to manage multiple priorities and hold teams accountable.

Responsibilities

• Leading field operations across multiple concrete projects throughout the Coastal Region.
• Managing and mentoring Superintendents and field leadership.
• Coordinating manpower, equipment and resources between projects.
• Driving safety, quality, productivity and schedule performance.
• Monitoring labor productivity, job costs and operational performance.
• Conducting regular site visits and operational reviews.
• Supporting preconstruction, project kickoffs and pre-pour planning.
• Acting as the escalation point for major field and operational challenges.
• Building strong relationships with General Contractors and clients.
• Developing future leaders within the field organization.
